Accommodation tax
Since November 1, 2014, the city of Dortmund has levied an accommodation tax of 7.5% on the gross overnight price for private travelers.
From 01.04.2023, this will also apply to all business-related stays. The agreed room rates will be increased by the applicable accommodation tax.
The accommodation tax is not included in the agreed rates and must be paid additionally.

"Take ..." Henriette Davidis wrote in her cookbook back in 1844. As the eponym of our restaurant "Davidis", she already said back then: "The preparation of food should not be considered a minor matter for the sake of health".
True to this motto, our kitchen is always working on classic and modern dishes to serve them to our guests in perfection.

Events and incentives with freedom
Our 13 conference and meeting rooms have natural daylight, standard conference technology and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are spread over two floors (first floor and 5th floor). Our flexible room concept offers comprehensive service and comfort for up to 300 people.
A professionally trained team will look after you during your event and will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

The Picasso 1 conference room is located on the first floor and has 70 m², daylight and air conditioning. The conference room can be combined with Picasso 2 and Picasso 3 and then has a total area of 285 m².
The Chagall conference room is located on the first floor and has 24 m², daylight and air conditioning.
The Kandinsky conference room is located on the first floor and has 24 m², daylight and air conditioning.
The Hundertwasser conference room is located on the 5th floor and has 155 m² as well as daylight and air conditioning.
The Paul Klee conference room is located on the 5th floor and has 48 m², daylight and air conditioning.
The "Dorint" conference room (32 m²) on the 5th floor offers preset conference and lighting scenes in the touch panel, service call, retractable table tanks with Internet connection, 52-inch flat screen (can be used for presentations, videos and TV), conference telephone, DVD player and ergonomic chairs.
The Andy Warhol conference room is located on the 5th floor and has 32 m², daylight and air conditioning.
